Cancellation Policy
Amplify Creative Studios Onboarding Agreement – 2025 JJ Arts & Entertainment | FutureHistorylabs Welcome! To maintain a safe, respectful, and creative environment, all individuals entering our studio must read and agree to the following policies. This applies to collaborators, renters, creatives, and event guests. 1. Code of Conduct By entering, you agree to: • Treat all individuals with professionalism and respect. • Avoid violence, harassment, theft, or abuse. • Promote inclusivity—discrimination of any kind is not tolerated. • Communicate clearly and respectfully. • Follow all legal and ethical standards. Violations may result in removal or permanent banning. 2. Rental & Space Use • Leave the space clean, return equipment, discard trash, and lock up. • Use only the space reserved; additional areas must be pre-approved. • Be responsible for any damages. • Start/end on time; extensions must be approved and may incur fees. • Payment is due before or at the time of service unless stated otherwise. • Late payments may result in fees or revoked access. 3. Credit & Tagging • Tag @amplifycreativestudios in content shot here. • Credit all creatives involved (photographers, models, stylists, etc.). • Share behind-the-scenes content respectfully. Failure to credit may result in revoked privileges. 4. Safety & Liability • No weapons, drugs, or illegal activity allowed. • Unapproved guests are not permitted; violations may lead to legal action. • Amplify is not liable for injuries, theft, or damages—use space at your own risk. • Clients should obtain their own insurance if needed. • All damage must be reported immediately. • Max occupancy is 12. Do not exceed this limit. • Fire exits: front and back doors. Extinguishers: lobby & bathroom. • Follow all emergency procedures. 5. Quiet Hours Respect noise levels during shared use. Loud activity is allowed only during approved rental blocks. 6. Indemnification Clients agree to hold harmless Amplify Creative Studios, its owners, and staff from any and all claims arising from their use of the space. 7. Termination of Access Amplify reserves the right to deny or revoke access for any violations or safety concerns. Agreement By signing, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
